Perimenopause and menopause are natural stages of life, yet many women feel unprepared, unheard, or unsure of where to turn for reliable information.
This patient education conference brings together experienced medical professionals from across our community for an interactive panel focused on menopause and perimenopause health. You’ll hear a range of medical perspectives, learn what’s typical (and what’s not), and gain tools to better advocate for your health.
The panel format is designed to be approachable and engaging, with plenty of time for questions, discussion, and shared learning. You’ll also learn about the 1SELF Health practice alongside other local providers, helping to build a broader network of care and support for women in our area.
